Black-out Blinds

The shutter & shade mount type is a shutter with a corded 25mm Cellular Shade Room Darkening Blind installed in the frame channel behind the shutter.

Available Ranges:
Seattle / Montana – rectangular or square shutters only. No special shapes. No Tier on Tier with Horizontal T Post.
